Privacy Policy

Nomvaro LLC builds iPhone apps that are designed so that we never receive your data in the first place. This policy explains what that means in practice, and it applies to CallStreak, JawEase, and Total Loss Audit.

What we collect

We do not collect personal information from our apps. There are no accounts, no sign-up, and no user profiles. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or contacts in order for the apps to work.

Where your information lives

The content you create or import — reminders, check-ins, sessions, valuation reports, and anything derived from them — is stored on your device. It is not uploaded to us, and it is not processed on our servers. If you use iCloud backup, your device backup is governed by Apple’s terms rather than ours.

Analytics and tracking

Our apps contain no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

Apple provides developers with aggregated, anonymised App Store statistics — downloads, crashes, and similar — if a user has opted in to sharing them with developers. We may see those aggregate reports. They do not identify individual users, and they come from Apple rather than from anything inside our apps.

Purchases

Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple. We never receive your payment card details. Apple shares limited transaction information with us for accounting and tax purposes.

If you contact us

When you email us for support, we receive whatever you choose to send — your email address, your message, and any screenshots or details you attach. We use that only to answer you, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Children

Our apps are intended for adults and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Deleting your data

Because your information is held on your device, deleting the app removes it. We hold no copy to delete on our side. Email correspondence can be deleted on request.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new date above.
